General and background
The Exmouth Community Larder is an initiative of Christian Churches in Exmouth, including the Salvation Army from whose premises we operate.
No food in the house, no money to buy food..... a food emergency for which we in the Exmouth Food Bank are here to help, including people self isolating or who were "shielding".
Requests may be accepted direct from an individual as well as from a referral agency - make sure to include the full address, number of people in the household and a contact phone number.
For support on other issues, contact Citizens Advice using the links on the left.
New web site .... news update 22nd Feb 2020
A much better and more modern web site has been launched at www.exmouthfoodbank.org.uk. However this old 'Larder' site will continue for a while for those with older devices that can't reach the new site!!
Meanwhile the work continues - please use the new email addresses; but old addresses do still connect!!
As updated on 1st January, the Exmouth Community Larder worked throughout 2020 without a break, supplying 2,315 packages for 4,837people; approximately 58,044 meals.
Demand is now twice what it was last year!
.... and growing .... but we expect to meet the challenge ..... with your continued support!
All derived from the generous donations of the whole of Exmouth and surrounds.
